WEEK #1: Charisma
In this week we will focus on the 3 elements of your personal charisma:[1] Power [2] Presence [3] Warmth
WEEK #2: Vocal Power
In this week we are going to focus on Vocal Variety and how to use Vocal Variety to have a greater impact, generate emotions and captivate the audience. Special emphasis will be put on usage and combinations of the following: [1] Volume or Power; [2] Pitch; [3] Pace or Speed; [4] Pauses; [5] Proper Pronunciation & Words Emphasis
WEEK #3: Body Power
In this week you are going to be evaluated on proper use of body language:
Emphasis is on the use of: [1] Eyes & Facial Expressions; [2] Hand Gestures; [3] Head/Neck Movements; [4] Movements; [5] Demonstrations (Acting)
WEEK #4: Assertiveness & Impromptu Speaking.
In this week you’ll practise Assertiveness by using what you’ve learned in previous weeks: [1] Expressing ideas, requests, refusal and disagreements clearly and effectively; [2] Use of compelling and Assertive Non verbals to display authority; [3] Maintaining a calm and confident posture.
You’ll also be introduced to impromptu speaking.
WEEK #5: Connect & Engage
In this week you’ll develop advanced skills and techniques that will allow you to [A] Grab attention; [B] Create a great first impression; [C] Engage people.
Emphasis is on the use of (non exhaustive list):[1] Questions and Interactivity; [2] Personal stories and anecdotes; [3] Prompts and Visual Aids; [4] Demonstrations
WEEK #6: Impact
In this week you are going to put together everything you’ve learned in previous weeks plus some additional techniques for inspiring the audience: Emphasis is on:[1] Techniques learned during previous weeks; [2] Appeal to emotions and psychological needs of the audience; [3] Positive energy, enthusiasm; [4] Persuade by reasoning [5] Conclude with Call To Action
